Cuisine
At the heart of the restaurant is the open robata grill, where chefs prepare dishes such as Korean spiced lamb rump with aubergine, or Miso Canadian black cod with pickled daikon. A selection of sushi and sashimi are served alongside hot delights such as Japanese fried chicken with peanuts and chilli garlic yoghurt, or Beef truffle sando, braised beef, truffle cheese & fresh black truffle.
Groups and Events
INKO NITO welcomes groups for dining of 10 to 40 people, or the restaurant can also be hired exclusively for large events. A selection of sharing menus are offered for dining, or canapés and cocktails for standing receptions.
